- About Plattsburgh
The full range of SUNY Plattsburgh’s academic programs, campus life and the admissions process will be among the features at special Spring Open Houses set for campus in April.
Open House events also include an informational presentation followed by an interactive student panel. During the panel, current students will share their college experiences and take questions from the audience.
The programs run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Students often credit a visit to a college campus as a critical factor in their higher education choice. Many have found the best way to understand the Plattsburgh experience and the wealth of opportunities is during a campus visit opportunity.
Prospective students and their families can attend one of 14 academic presentations in areas of interest. An academic and student services fair follows in the Angell College Center along with student-guided tours of campus that include a look inside the residence halls.
At the academic and student services fair, visitors will enjoy refreshments while they talk with faculty members from a variety of academic departments. Visitors can also speak with representatives from campus offices like academic advising, student support services, housing and residence life, athletics and more.
