Plattsburgh State Art Museum

The Plattsburgh State Art Museum is comprised of over 5,000 historic and contemporary works of art, representing a variety of western and non-western cultures from antique to contemporary.

The collections are displayed within our main galleries, a developing sculpture park and exhibition areas throughout campus in our Museum Without Walls Program, many contributed by students on our art program.

The Art Museum is complemented by a strong print library and film and video collection.

Hours

Galleries are open 7 days a week from 12 noon until 4 p.m.

The museum is closed legal holidays and December 24 through January 1.

The accessibility of art throughout campus depends on individual building schedules.
