- About Plattsburgh
We offer five academic majors as well as a 3/2 option in chemical engineering, and a minor in chemistry. All of our academic programs provide a challenging curriculum with a solid foundation in chemistry, mathematics and physics that will well serve your future academic or career goals.
The chemistry faculty at SUNY Plattsburgh are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, and if you decide on chemistry as a major, to help you stand out in your chemistry career.
The department of chemistry is located on the north side of the campus and is housed in the new Hudson Hall Complex. Faculty offices are located in Hudson Hall while the chemistry teaching and research laboratories are located in the brand new Hudson Hall Annex. The Hudson Hall Complex houses smart teaching classrooms, new state-of-the-art equipment and research laboratories.
To help you make those important choices about career and college, we’ve put these pages together so you can…
Visit the Chemistry Faculty Directory. Once there, you can click on a faculty member’s name to learn what they do and a bit about them. If you have a question about their field of research, send them an email.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Enjoy the site, and best wishes for your college career.
