Broadcast Journalism Student Productions

Students enrolled in the Broadcast Journalism Concentration (part of the TV-Video/Broadcast Journalism Major) acquire their production expertise by learning the mechanics, artistry, and impact of audio and video-based assignments.

Below is a list of the types of projects our students learn to produce:

• TV news packages, TV newscasts-studio, TV newscasts-field reporting
• Live TV productions including public affairs programs and commencement events
• TV sports events like ice hockey and basketball
• TV talk shows
• TV public affairs shows
• TV sports shows (field & studio)
