Computer Science Faculty - Ilknur Aydin

Assistant Professor

Dr. Aydin has a Ph.D degree from the Computer and Information Sciences department of University of Delaware, Newark, DE, USA. Before coming to US for graduate school, she briefly worked as a software engineer in a high-tech company in Istanbul, Turkey. She had earlier received her B.S. degree in Computer Engineering, Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey with high honors. Dr. Aydin's research is in the general area of computer networks. More specifically, she works in wireless, mobile, ad hoc, mesh networking area with a focus on transport layer issues.
