About Economics and Finance
What is Economics and Finance?
Economics is about trade-offs. You and all other individuals in this world must make decisions at some point about how to make the best use of time, money and special talents. In order to make these decisions you must understand how systems work, how resources are allocated and how individuals, societies and governments interact with each other. Economics provides a framework around which almost all of today's decisions are made both at the individual and public level.
