Our Finance Minor Allows You To:
- Augment your chosen School of Business & Economics (SBE) major with more in-depth study in financial markets and trends.
- Easily acquire this minor by adding 3 additional Finance courses to your required SBE courses (Accounting I & II and Principles of Finance).
Finance Minor (18 credits)
A minor in Finance can open your eyes to global and national financial issues, trends and markets. What better compliment to a major in environmental studies and planning, or urban planning, mathematics, computer science, pre-law, and international studies, management, marketing, or business than a minor in finance?
The Finance program offers an 18 credit hour minor for students majoring in disciplines other than finance. This minor provides students with an understanding of basic financial theory, applied financial analysis and financial markets.
