Dr. Bob Karp has taught graduate MLS courses at SUNY Plattsburgh since 1987. He has received extensive training in leadership development, process quality leadership, research design and methodology, strategic planning and related subjects. He has served as an examiner for the New York Empire State Advantage, the Illinois Lincoln Foundation for Business Excellence, and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. He has delivered over 20 papers at various professional conferences.
