Professional Staff

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
If you would like to meet with a professional staff member to discuss a particular concern, please contact us to schedule an appointment. You can reach the department's Office Coordinator, Sandi Layhee, at (518) 564-6138. She will be more than happy to direct you to the staff member who will best be able to address your questions and concerns.
Tutoring Hours
All of our tutoring appointments and walk-ins occur during our normally scheduled tutoring hours.

Monday - Thursday: noon - 9 pm

Friday: noon - 4 pm

Sunday: 6 pm - 9 pm
Tutoring appointments must be made at least a day in advance and no greater than a week in advance. To make an appointment please visit our center and meet with the Head Tutor at the Front Desk to complete a tutoring contract and make an appointment. Appointments can be made Monday through Thursday 10 am - 9 pm, Friday 10 am - 4 pm, and Sunday between 6 pm and 9 pm.
Walk-In Hours
We schedule walk-ins to meet high-demand courses. Please visit the Walk-In Schedule to review our current offerings.
Open Study Hours
The Learning Center is an open space for all students to use to work on projects and assignments. Please visit the Open Study Hours to view when we will host Open Study.
