Music Faculty - Malcolm Balk

Adjunct Lecturer

Malcolm Balk qualified in 1984 as a teacher of the Alexander Technique with Patrick Macdonald in London England. He is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (S.T.A.T.)

A competitive runner, coach, author and cellist, Malcolm has taught in North America, England, the Netherlands and Australia. In addition to teaching both the cello and the Alexander Technique at Plattsburgh State, he also maintains a private practice and teaches at the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal.
