Nutrition Faculty - Kathleen Hyatt
Adjunct Professor
Kathleen Hyatt M.S., C.D.N., S.F.N.S., C.D.M., is an adjunct professor who teaches in the areas of management and food service production. She received her M.S. degree from Plattsburgh State in Administration Leadership. Kathleen is presently the Food Service Director of the Saranac School District in Clinton County. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Food and Nutrition from Plattsburgh State and also is a member of the advisory board for the Nutrition program. Kathleen is interested in nutrition education and the prevention of obesity in children and adolescence.
