The Nutrition program faculty is comprised of two full time tenured faculty and three adjunct faculty members. The two full time faculty have doctoral degrees. All of the adjuncts are masters prepared and all but one are registered dietitians. All faculty teach within their areas of expertise and bring with them experience in several areas of the dietetic profession. The educational diversity and interests of all the professors in the Nutrition program makes for a well-rounded program and allows the students to benefit from a wide range of professional experiences.
