Nutrition Faculty - Susannah Levon
Adjunct Professor
Susannah Levon M.S., R.D., C.D.N. is an adjunct professor who teaches in the area of organizational dietetic management. She received her M.S. from the University of Michigan in the area of Nutritional Programs. She is a member of the A.D.A. and the Dietetic Practice Groups - (D.C.E.) Diabetes Care and Education and (D.C.C.) Nutrition in Complementary Care. Susannah is the Assistant Director of Nutrition/Patients and Food Service for Armark at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (C.V.P.H.). In addition to her expertise in management, she is interested in international nutrition education. Susannah served in the Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa where she conducted research in the area of maternal/child nutrition assessment. She is active in the North Country Journal Club and serves on many hospital committees. Susannah gives many public presentations for corporate and professional groups.
