Sydney is Australia's largest city with a population of slightly more than 4 million. It is also known worldwide to be very cosmopolitan and home to a variety of subcultures. Remember that when it is winter here, it is summer there and vice versa. However, do not pack your snowshoes because the climate is moderate in the winter and hot in the summer!
