Hi! My name is Casey Ford and I am a Transfer Advisor at SUNY Plattsburgh. I help transfer students and freshmen with advanced credits with our enrollment process. I also recruit students in Central and Western New York State. Please let me know if you have any questions about the admissions process - I am always happy to help!

Professional/Personal Biography: In December of 2006, I graduated with a degree in Communications and minors in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Originally from Plattsburgh, I came back home after college and worked for a local non-profit for nearly a year. I am so excited to be a part of the Admissions team because this college and area have so much to offer!
More personally, I was recently married in August to my boyfriend of six years. We bought our first home and love every minute of married life!
Most Memorable College Experience: I have always loved to dance, so when I got to Sage I joined the Dance Ensemble and was able to continue pursuing one of my passions. It was always fun to learn new choreography, meet different people, and perform in front of my family and friends.
Favorite Plattsburgh State Activity: I enjoy going to the hockey and volleyball games - there's always lots of action!
Best Advice: Take every opportunity that SUNY Plattsburgh has to offer, both inside and out of the classroom. Your experiences can lead you to new friends, a new hobby or even a new career opportunity.
