Traveling From Albany to Plattsburgh
When traveling to Albany, NY it is very easy to take a bus directly from the airport to Plattsburgh. Typically, your flight will connect to Albany after arriving at another major airport such as New York or Los Angeles (where you will pass through customs). From Albany you will take a Greyhound or Adirondack Trailways (they are the same service but operate under both names) bus to Plattsburgh.
Step 1: Bus from Albany International Airport to Plattsburgh
From the Albany International Airport Bus Station, board a Greyhound or Adirondack Trailways bus to Plattsburgh, NY. The cost is approximately $45. To buy tickets online or for more information, visit Greyhound or Adirondack Trailways. You may also purchase tickets by calling 1-800-231-2222 (toll-free in the U.S.). The schedule is as follows:

Step 2: Arriving in Plattsburgh
If you arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
We will pick you up at the bus station. Just tell us when exactly you will be arriving on the Student Arrival Information Form.
If you arrive after 9:00 p.m.
Take a taxi from the bus station to University Police. ISS will have an overnight orientation leader on staff to help you check into your room.
