Scheduling Appointments
No question about it: you can't do better than a college visit, especially when it comes to appreciating the great college environment at SUNY Plattsburgh.
You can schedule an appointment for a campus tour, an interview, or any other visitation event by calling toll-free (888) 673-0012. If you are interested in pursuing a master's degree program , contact us at (800) 723-9515.
We recommend that you schedule your appointment two weeks in advance, if possible.
Campus Visit Options
- Personal Interviews: Allow yourself and your family the opportunity for an individual exchange with an admissions advisor. Appointments are available on weekdays only, and are followed by a campus tour.
- Information Sessions: Three speakers address admissions issues, academic and technology highlights, financial aid, and campus life, with plenty of time for your questions. A campus tour follows the presentation.
Open Houses
SUNY Plattsburgh's Open House events involve the entire campus and feature presentations by college officials, student-guided tours, and opportunities to meet with faculty and staff.

These group-format events provide great introductions to the essential aspects of the college, with time for your questions.
All presentations (except where indicated) are held on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. A guided one-hour campus walking tour follows the presentation.
