Near the center of campus, on Rugar Street near the intersection of Broad Street, sits Memorial Hall. It is home to the Cardinal basketball and volleyball teams and seats 1,400 spectators.
In addition, the Department of Sport & Wellness as well as coaches, athletics administrative and recreational clubs/intramurals offices are housed here.
The Cardinal Sports Hall of Fame adorns the top floor with photos and citations of former greats who have contributed to the successful legacy of Plattsburgh State Athletics.
Memorial Hall Gym and Swimming Pool
The gymnasium - located off street level and on the top floor - features a new scorer's table, radio and television accommodations and elevated videotape deck for game operations.

In addition, Memorial Hall has classroom space and a six-lane swimming pool that's used for recreational use and American Red Cross programs and learn-to-swim classes.
Fitness Center
A state-of-the-art Fitness Center, new climbing wall, racquetball courts, aerobic studio and group exercise area are located on the bottom floor. Team locker rooms and a fully-equipped athletic training room are located on the middle floor. Read more.
