About the Club
- Membership: Membership is open only to Plattsburgh State students carrying 12 credits
Participation in the Club is completely voluntary. Each student is required carry their own health insurance and have a signed policy form. - Member Cost: Members are responsible for the cost of their individual player fee (CIPP) in USA Rugby Football Union.
