Center for Public Service (CPS) exists to strengthen the bonds between campus and community. It promotes civic engagement activities across campus and fosters a culture of active citizenship and social responsibility for faculty, staff, students, and campus groups. CPS facilitates community partnerships, campus-community events, and encourages learning through service and community engagement with the ultimate goal of an engaged campus and a stronger community.
Affiliated programs that advance the mission of CPS include: The Center for Student Volunteerism, The Center for Excellence in Teaching, The Institute for Ethics in Public Life, and the Partnership for Economic and Cultural Development.
