The Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center (ADAC) offers an array of programs and services to support and assist individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders, as well as their families. The Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center provides comprehensive diagnostic assessment, education and support for care giving families, and an adult day program to provide respite for family members. |

- Office: Sibley Hall, Room 227 on Rugar St. near the Plattsburgh High School.
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Office closed from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. daily.
