Application Fee (One Time)
- $25.00
Hours Per Day Service Fees
- 4 hours: $31.00
- 5 hours: $38.75
- 6 hours: $46.50
- 7 hours: $54.25
An extra $7.75 per hour will be charged for each additional hour over 7 hours.
Transportation
- Within the City of Plattsburgh: $5.00 one way
- Outside the City: .50 per mile
Financial assistance may be available for Medicaid eligible individuals who cannot afford the full cost of the program.
