TAC received a contract to design and conduct an employee retention analysis for ten call center locations located throughout the country. The study analyzed the spatial-temporal relationships between call center employees and call center location, which helped ADS compare industry standards for recruitment strategies with their company's experience.
For each location, custom maps were produced to display areas of active employee retention versus terminated employee retention. Data from this analysis were used to map out areas of high employee retention, including a list of favorable zip codes for employee recruitment.
ADS used the findings from this study to recruit more efficiently, saving time and money, at the same time creating numerous job opportunities.
