Photocopying Service
We offer competitive rates on photocopying services. Single-sided copies are $.10/page, and double-sided copies are $.15/page.
Fax Service
We also offer a fax service. For faxes sent within the US, the charge is $1.00 for the first page, and $.50 for each additional page. For international faxes, the first page is $2.00, and each additional page is $1.00. Cover sheets are available. Incoming faxes are $.50/page. Our fax number is (518) 564-7986. Faxes may be sent at any time, and can be picked up during normal office hours. Any faxes received and not picked up within 30 days will be discarded.
Prepaid Calling Cards
We offer prepaid calling cards. Stop by our office for the latest rates.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in $5, $10, and $20 increments, and are good for any service offered by our office.
Toll-Free Call Home Numbers
This service allows for students to be able to call home and for a bill to be sent directly to home. This service is not limited to on-campus students. For more information on this service, please stop by our office.
Telweb Account Information
Telweb provides an easy way to check your bills and payments through your computer. Telweb provides in-depth call detail, as well as archived bills and current account information. Bills containing comprehensive call information will no longer be mailed to dorm rooms, so using Telweb is an easy way to retrieve detailed account and call information.
