After nearly four months of work, the Plattsburgh City-College Commission Report has issued its report and recommendations for improving the quality of life in the city center. The members of the commission worked diligently to fully understand the issues faced by center city residents as well as center city businesses and developed thirty-nine proposals for consideration.
