Winter 2010 Courses
Registration: October 25, 2009 (10 a.m.) through first day of course. Registration codes (PINs) are not required to access winter Banner registration forms. Click here for additional winter information. All students are encouraged to register early.
- Five-Week On-line Courses: December 21, 2009 - January 22, 2010
- Three-Week Courses: January 4 - 22, 2010
- No classes Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Spring 2010 Courses
- January 25 - May 14, 2010
Priority Registration Notes:
- Registration priority is determined by student classification (i.e., based on earned credits; registration groups consisting of approximately 100 students each will register on an hourly basis throughout the registration period).
- All holds must be cleared before registration is permitted.
- Students may adjust their course schedules from the first day registration access is granted through the end of the priority registration period.
- Full-time status (12 credits or more) is required for athletic eligibility, health insurance, financial aid, and international students. Athletes and international students in their last semester of study are exempt from this requirement.
- Undergraduate students may register for up to 18 credit hours per semester. Students interested in registering for a credit overload may obtain the Credit Hour Overload form from the Registrar's Office (Kehoe 304) or on line. Approval from the student's academic adviser and department chairperson is required.
- Permission to register for closed or restricted courses may be granted by the department chairperson only.
- A $40 late registration fee applies to registrations processed after the priority registration period.
Course Adjustment/Add Drop Notes:
- Access Banner Web to complete your registration. No registration code is required at this time.
- All holds must be cleared before registration is permitted.
- Wait lists purged December 13, 2009 (8 a.m.).
- Complete your schedule to avoid late course add fees.

Banner Web Online Registration Instructions
- Access Banner Web from Plattsburgh's homepage at www.plattsburgh.edu.
- Click on the MyPlattsburgh link.
- Login with your NetId and Password (Click here for more information on NetID and password)
- Click on Student Services menu tab.
- Under Registrar, click on Lookup Courses to Add.
- Select Term (Winter 2010 or Spring 2010).
- Select course subject or other search criteria and press the Class Search button.
- Check the box next to the desired course(s), scroll to end of page, and submit changes.
