Fraternal Awards Ceremony & Dessert Reception
This annual ceremony, held at the conclusion of Greek Week each Spring, recognizes fraternities and sororities for their accomplishments in areas of friendship, scholarship, leadership, and service.
Scholastic Awards Ceremony
This ceremony is held each semester to recognize fraternity/sorority members who made significant academic achievements the previous semester. Awards include recognition for members who achieved a 3.0 or higher, Highest President GPA, Highest New Member GPA and Highest Governance Council Officer GPA. Honor society inductions for Gamma Sigma Alpha and Order of Omega are often held during this ceremony.
Homecoming Awards Ceremony
This ceremony is held during the Fraternity/Sorority Alumni Reception during Homecoming. The winners of the Fraternal Excellence Award and Most Improved Chapter Award are announced at this time. In addition, all five-star chapters are recognized.
Governance Council Officer Inauguration & Chapter Officer Recognition Ceremony
This ceremony is held at the end of each fall to inaugurate the new Inter-Sorority Association and Interfraternity Council executive boards and to recognize outgoing governance council and chapter officers for their outstanding service. Honors given during this ceremony are the President of Excellence and the Outstanding Governance Council Officer.
