Up 'til Dawn is an annual fundraising campaign for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital coordinated by the Inter-Sorority Association and the Interfraternity Council. Simply put, the event is a letter-writing campaign where student and faculty/staff teams write letters to their friends and family members asking them to make a contribution to St. Jude. However, the Up 'til Dawn event is much more: games, competitions, music, food, prizes, and lots of fun held during a Saturday Late Night event every November.
Over the past three years, SUNY Plattsburgh students have raised more than $60,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through the Up 'til Dawn program.
