Before arriving for your review of judicial charges and procedures be sure that you have read over your charges and understand them. Also, read over the statement of your rights below your charges and make sure that you understand them.
Come prepared with any questions that you may have about the judicial process, whether it be a question about your rights, your charges, or your case.
You will be meeting with either the Judicial Coordinator or an appointee. At this review you will state whether or not you are responsible.
If you plead responsible then you will be given a sanction. If you plead not responsible then you will be granted either an Administrative or Judicial Board Hearing.
Before arriving for your Administrative or Judicial Board Hearing be sure that you have asked any witnesses you would like present to attend the hearing.
You will be asked to state your case and the person/people charging you will state their case as well. Once this process is complete you will be able to question any witnesses present, including the person/people who brought charges against you.
After an administrative hearing, the Judicial Coordinator or appointee will make a final reasonable decision of responsible or not responsible based on the information presented during the review of judicial charges and procedures and the administrative hearing.
After a judicial board hearing, the Judicial Board will make a final reasonable decision of responsible or not responsible based upon the information presented at the hearing.
