Freshman Registration
This form is to be completed be each freshman student who will be participating in the Summer 2010 program. It is due 10 days prior to the assigned session, and should be sent, along with appropriate payment to the address shown on the form, or faxed, with credit card info, to the number shown on the form.
Local Freshman Registration
This form is to be completed by each local freshman student invited to attend Plattsburgh's Local Student Orientation (Date To Be Determined). It is due prior to the session and should be sent, along with appropriate payment to the address shown on the form, or faxed, with credit card info, to the number shown on the form.
Transfer Registration
This form is to be completed be each Transferstudent who will be participating in the Summer 2010 program. It is due prior to the session you wish to sign up for and should be sent, along with appropriate payment to the address shown on the form, or faxed, with credit card info, to the number shown on the form.
