The Power of Choice

SUNY Plattsburgh has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to bring you a choice in how you receive your refunds. Log in to www.bankmobilevibe.com if you're an existing account holder or www.refundselection.com if you need to set up your new account. You can select from among three refund options. When you receive your Refund Selection Kit in the mail please do not throw it  away because it is your ticket to a faster refund.

 

Get Your Refunds Faster

Simply put, the Refund Selection Kit is designed to provide you with increased choice when it comes to receiving your financial aid or school refunds. Look for the bright green envelope from BankMobile to arrive in the mail at the address you provided. Inside you'll find your Refund Selection Kit with a unique Personal Code which will allow you to set up your refund preferences.

Be sure to get started as soon as your kit arrives! Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund this semester, you may receive a refund in the future, so don't wait.

Refund Delivery Options

  1. Electronic deposit to another account - Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from SUNY  Plattsburgh. Typically, it takes 1 - 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  2. Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe account - If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from SUNY Plattsburgh.
  3. Paper check delivered by USPS - A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from SUNY Plattsburgh, provided receipt is within daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5 - 7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on USPS First-Class® delivery time frames.

If you selected the BankMobile Vibe debit card as your refund method, please activate your card as soon as you receive it. Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund from Plattsburgh, we may have a refund for you in the future.Go to www.bankmobilevibe.com to learn more about all the great benefits that accompany your all-new BankMobile Vibe debit card and to choose your refund preference!
