Helpdesk/ResNet Technician |
Duties include but may not be limited to answering phones, software and hardware installation & troubleshooting, performing on-site visits to assist faculty/staff and students, and computer setup and deliveries. Successful candidates will also need good customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. |
Must have some technical experience. |

Lab Aide |
This is an entry level position responsible for monitoring the Feinberg computer lab and adjoining computer facilities. Students are responsible for taking population counts, keeping the facilities in order and assisting students using scanners, and other hardware/software available in the lab. Students will be trained to use binding and laminating machines. Students may be asked to run errands and help in the office as well. |

Lab Supervisor |
Experienced lab aide with supervisory responsibility over other aides. Skills more managerial than technical; demonstrates effective customer service orientation. Will work closely with labaides to provide new services to those using the facilities. Supervisor is responsible for answering the classroom support phone, filling in trouble report tickets and keeping the schedule for labaides and supervisors current. |
Experience working in the lab a must. |

Lab Technician |
Works closely with professional staff technicians installing software, troubleshooting, and adjusting configurations. Responsible for early evening shifts to provide faculty support for smart classrooms. |

Office Aide |
This is an entry level position responsible for entering and gathering data, distributing media, running errands and filing. This person may also cover labaide hours as needed. |

Media Services |
Assist in providing multimedia operation in the Yokum/Communications Lecture Hall; including campus delivery, retrieval and operation of audio/visual equipment. Equipment includes data projectors, computers, VCR’s, DVD’s, televisions, overhead and slide projectors. Successful applicants should have a valid driver’s license and be able to follow written instructions and work well on their own. On-the-job training is provided. Experience with audio-visual equipment and computers helpful but not necessary. |
AV experience preferred but not necessary. Will train. |
