Faculty Grant Programs
This page outlines the grants available to faculty through Instructional Technology.
Among these, the Software Tools Grants provide faculty with an opportunity of getting a desktop copy of development software that's required for a research or teaching project; the competitive Course Builder Workshops, offered in early summer, provide faculty with the chance of getting some useful software and some intensive workshops to help them to revitalize their course materials; and the I.T. Upgrade Grants provide a means for previous Teaching and Technology Grant recipients to keep their grant-funded software and equipment up to date. See the links to the left for further details and application forms.
Instructional Technology also underwrites and administers the Office 2000 Work-at-Home licensing and media distribution (see http://web.plattsburgh.edu/technology/it/itgrants/workathome.php ).
