Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? My friend Saad, he is the most hardworking, friendly as well as the happiest person I have seen so far. People like him make SUNY Plattsburgh special.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? Freshmen Year Orientation. I got to know so many people from so many countries.
Favorite spot on campus and why? Hawkins Pond. It gives me a special relaxing vibe.
Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? My English professor, Marcia Gottschall.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? Playing Volleyball. It was a great and welcoming experience. Everyone was super nice even though I didn’t know how to play the game.
Favorite spot on campus and why? The bench by the soccer field overlooking the Saranac River.
Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? My math modeling professor Shakiba Enayati, even thought I'm taking a class with her for the first time this semester, she's encouraged me to be interested in mathematics and do my best.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? Visiting Vermont, Albany, and Montreal with several clubs on campus. I had the opportunity to discover these places with old friends and meet new people.
Favorite spot on campus and why? The Saranac River Trail behind McDonough Hall, because is very relaxing and you can see many people walking their dogs around!
Campus Activities: Vice president for Club Al-Arabiyya, PR for Indian Culture and Entertainment, Teaching assistant for Personality Psychology, International Student Orientation Leader.
Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? Vrinda Sharma, a peer who is currently the president of the SA and a former president of several clubs and organizations. I have found her to be influential because she’s not only hard working but finds the perfect balance between extracurricular activities, academics and her personal life.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? Being an orientation leader for incoming international students since I not only had an enjoyable time, but I had the opportunity to learn a lot from my peers, the staff at GEO, and of course from the new students.
Favorite spot on campus and why? The gym, because it’s a great way to relieve stress and gain something positive out of it!

Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? Paul Johnston, Associate Professor of English. He has encouraged to take advantage of the Adirondacks, the region, and has truly made me feel like he wants me to succeed on campus and not just in his classroom.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? SUNY Plattsburgh accepting my bid into Alpha Phi. My sisters are my home away from home and my family while I am at school.
Favorite spot on campus and why? My favorite spot on this campus is the Blue Room. There are comfy chairs, familiar faces, and it’s very close to Tim Horton's, where I can get my favorite jalapeño bagel.

Campus Activities: Intramural Soccer. Honors Program. Admissions Ambassador. Going to hockey and basketball games. I also work with the Equipment Manager to make sure all athletes are fully prepared for their training and games.
Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? I took a philosophy class during my first semester and the professor Mr. List helped me change my perception and the way I look at different matters.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? We won the Co-Rec Indoor soccer and finished 3rd in the Men's Outdoor. Met some amazing new people who shared the same interests and made it to the Dean's List in my first semester. :)
Favorite spot on campus and why? The Saranac River Trail behind Macomb Residence Hall is a good relaxing spot on a warm sunny day and really connects you to the nature. During winters, Field House is my favorite spot to go and watch the hockey games. Hawkins Pond is also a great place to do homework and sit down with friends.

Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? Professor Laura Holzer, my CLG 402 professor. She is a mental health counselor as well as a professor. She has influenced me the most because of her dedication to teaching, as well as her curriculum has taught me that I want to help people. Part of the class is to attend five counseling sessions at Ward Hall and it will be a great way to not only better myself, but to learn what it is like to be the client in a situation, which I know will help me in my near future as an HDFR major..
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? Going to Rulf's Orchard around Halloween of my freshman year. My friends and I all went through a corn maze (and got lost), ate donuts, and picked pumpkins. It was definitely one for the books!
Favorite spot on campus and why? A flat rock covered by trees and brush on the Saranac River right behind Kent Hall. When I get stressed out, my friends and I go sit there and just listen to the river's current.

Most influential person you have met at SUNY Plattsburgh so far and why? Michelle St Onge. as she is the most inspiring and productive women who works at the Global Education Office as Marketing and Communications Coordinator and at Student Affairs as Communications Strategist. She was also my supervisor at Career Development Center where we worked on the technological end for Cardinal Connect. She gives me motivation with her professionalism at workplace, and personal advice from her experience. She is an all-rounder with a great personality friendly attitude.
Your favorite experience at SUNY Plattsburgh and why? My first week of international orientation as it was my first time seeing a United States college campus and the best moments spent with students from more than 20 countries meeting each other at a common place which was Plattsburgh. I am thankful for that experience to Plattsburgh.
Favorite spot on campus and why? The Feinberg Computer Lab. I like the ambience of the place and it not only has individual or group desks to work on the computers but also sofa chairs that helps you switch comfortably with whatever work you are doing alongside your laptop. It’s not only that but also good for whispering conversations with your friend.
