Right to Know Policy
The Environmental Health Office will have direct supervisory responsibility for the Right-to-Know Program. The Environmental Health Office will maintain and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), training, personnel exposure and labeling records.
Representatives from the areas of Student Life, Student Health, Facilities, Maintenance and Operations, Personnel, CSEA, UUP, PEF, Public Safety, and Athletics will sit on a safety committee to ensure that information on the Right-To-Know law and all safety matters are distributed to these areas. Any safety concerns will be brought to the safety committee from these areas by these representatives.
