Group Activity Classes

Get Involved!

Group activity classes are scheduled at popular times, seven days a week. Various intensity levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) are provided.

A detailed group activity schedule is available just prior to the beginning of each semester at the Fitness Center.

Over (40) classes are offered per week, and classes typically are taught by certified aerobics, SPINNING, and kickboxing instructors.

All classes are first-come first-served. Some classes are limited in size due to the need for safety and additional equipment necessary to conduct the class.  For those specific classes, you can pick up a entry pass at the front desk of the fitness center within a half hour of the class starting time.

Please try to attend the class 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.  SUNY ID's are required verifying your fitness center membership to participate.
