Using the Automated Helpdesk Request System
As Simple as an Email
We use a ticket system to handle incidents and requests, but submitting a ticket couldn't be easier! All you have to do is email firstname.lastname@example.org and it will automatically submit a ticket in our system with your message. Be as descriptive as possible about your request or problem and you will receive a confirmation that your ticket has been created and you will be placed in the queue. We will get back to you and will request any further information that may be necessary to help you. Each time we update your ticket with information that is pertinent to you an email will be generated so you can see the status and know the progress.
